mxHero, an email applications development platform, has landed $1.25 million in Seed funding. Investors include White Star Capital and Angel investors Esther Dyson and Ari Kushner. The company has developed a framework that allows developers to build applications on top of large email clients. It was founded in 2010 by former World Bank consultant and email technology veteran Alex Panagides. It is a graduate of the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and previously raised $400,000 in its first two rounds of Seed funding.
