It lets you centralize everything in just one place, perform instant searches, assign and manage pending tasks, and create alerts, eliminating the need for cluttered spreadsheets and endless email threads.

DIFFERENTIATORS VS. THE COMPETITION

Our solution is ready-to-use, doesn’t require any installations or software downloads. We work under a SaaS methodology. Flokzu aims at Business Process Management (BPM) democratization, a discipline that so far was only available for larger enterprises. By making our product so simple and intuitive, anyone can use it and execute a document workflow within minutes. No need for IT knowledge nor BPM experience.

FOUNDERS’ STORY

We’ve spent the last 15 years automating processes all over the world, collecting hundreds of valuable experiences in private companies, governments, and universities with our BPM software INTEGRADOC. But we’ve also noticed how small businesses and work teams have great difficulties managing their documents and processes, as well as taking full advantage of BPM. BPMS licenses or consulting services tend to be expensive, or they’re simply too complex and time consuming to be instrumented by organizations with limited resources.

All this led us to create Flokzu, a solution specially designed for small businesses and teams from all over the world.
