SprintGround supports methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Utilities like Task board, Planning board and Burndown charts provide easy-to-overview task management capabilities. This tool is designed to provide quality, usability and usefulness for developers who want to achieve goals and be productive while doing it.

DIFFERENTIATORS VS. THE COMPETITION

SprintGround is fundamentally different from any other existing alternative. It’s relevant, efficient, organized and full of innovative techniques. This is the result of the mentality of the creators. Professional software doesn’t need to be chunky. In this tool, every pixel of every screen is designed from scratch, with a full focus on minimizing the time and effort needed for the user to find and perform any action. SprintGround is designed from the usability perspective.

FOUNDER’S STORY

While working on the development of multiple business tools back in 2009, I encountered numerous obstacles in the workflow, organization of the projects, and collaboration between everyone involved in the projects, one way or another. I watched the number of issues grow over time. Eventually, I couldn’t watch the organization getting worse and spoke to the CEO. My observations didn’t surprise him. As a good business owner, of course, he was aware of this happening. I went on suggesting different improvements. He thanked me for trying and shared his experiences with attempting many improvements without much success. It seemed like he gave up on the idea to improve the internal organization of his business. The company was just too busy with meeting product requirements and releasing new features to spend any amount of time making the product great. I still wanted to help, but what could I do without the support of the decision maker? Well, I could start by organizing my own work. I started to document and send out my change logs, gather feedback on my work, dig into the end user’s needs, review the delivery process and plan a few weeks ahead. Very soon I’ve heard that I was known for being well organized and productive. People were talking about it, but it wasn’t enough to create organizational changes for the better. The next logical step was to help others do the same, without telling them how to do their job.

Very soon I heard that I was known for being well-organized and productive. People were talking about it, but it wasn’t enough to create organizational changes for the better. The next logical step was to help others do the same, without telling them how to do their job. After all, they were all professionals, most of them having more experience than myself. All I needed was to put the right tool in their hands. Over the course of passing years, I made it happen. The tool got its name from Scrum methodology and became an advanced platform for IT project management.
