Amp’d Mobile and Sento Announce Customer Service Partnership

4/30/07 – Sento Corporation and Los Angeles-based mobile service provider Amp’d Mobile have announced that Sento will provide its Right Channeling outsourced customer support service to Amp’d’s customer service division.

Salt Lake City-based Sento says Right Channeling was developed by the company to optimize customer contact solutions and ensure companies make informed choices for multi-channel communication with their customers.

The companies say Sento will provide services through Amp’d’s Albuquerque, New Mexico and Orem, Utah customer contact centers.
