EI Solutions Names Marco Garcia Vice President of Sales
4/20/07 – EI Solutions, the systems integration arm of IdeaLab startup Energy Innovations, today announced that Marco Garcia has been named vice president of sales with responsibility for the company’s rapidly growing sales activities. He brings a half a decade of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) sales experience in addition to over 15 years of sales management and international business development experience to the position.
Before joining Pasadena-based EI Solutions, Garcia spent five years at PowerLight in various sales roles, most recently serving as director of sales for PowerLight’s European subsidiary. Garcia led all sales activities in Europe including establishing a Geneva-based sales team, creating channels in targeted European countries, and setting and achieving European sales goals.
