Metabeam Announces Enhanced Functionality for Digital Artists
5/2/07 – Metabeam, a digital media technology company, announced yesterday that it is extending the functionality of its Metamenu media navigation development product. The company, founded in 2005, is based in Manhattan Beach and Seattle.
Metabeam says the new modules in its Metamenu product for digital media artists build on existing functionality to enable producers to mix, match and customize design elements to fit the needs of their content.
Many of the new Metamenu modules are available now to members of the Media Experience Trade Association and are being incorporated into the web services Metamenus.com and SimpleROM.com, according to Metabeam. Additionally, the company says it is participating in Sonic’s Extended Developer Group, a certified program for the creation of third-party plug-ins for its high-definition authoring platform Scenarist.
