Real Estate Listing Service MyNextDeal Announces Data Sharing Partnership
5/21/07 – MyNextDeal.com, the Thousand Oaks-based vertical search engine for commercial real estate listings, has announced a new data sharing agreement with the Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service, CIMLS.com.
MyNextDeal says it will index commercial property listings from CIMLS, further extending the exposure CIMLS members receive for their available property listings.
MyNextDeal’s commercial real estate search engine includes all commercial property categories, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, land and specialty properties, according to the company. The site currently features more than 400,000 commercial property listings and claims that it is the world's largest search engine for commercial real estate.
CIMLS.com is an open commercial real estate listing service.
