Teleflip Chosen for Red Herring 100 Award
5/4/07 – Santa Monica-based Teleflip, which offers a service that allows the receipt of email and text messages on any mobile phone from any PC, has announced it is been named a recipient of the prestigious Red Herring 100 Spring award—given to the top 100 private technology companies headquartered in North America, based on the magazine’s criteria.
As part of the award recognition, Teleflip is presenting this week at the Red Herring Spring 2007 event.
Teleflip was founded in 2004 and recently debuted its flipMail service that allows users to have emails delivered directly to their cell phone, regardless of wireless carrier or mobile handset, from any email account or service.
