MusicIP and Memorex Team Up on Music Player
6/7/07 – MusicIP has announced that its playlisting technology is included in Memorex’s new line of digital audio players.
The devices contain the Monrovia-based company's MyDJ technology, which allows users to create dynamic playlists directly on the device—which the companies say are being sold at Target stores nationwide.
MusicIP has developed music matching technology that defines relationships between sets of music based on acoustic traits and characteristics. The company was founded in 2000.
