MyNextDeal Partners to Extend Online Real Estate Listings
6/11/07 – MyNextDeal.com, the Thousand Oaks-based vertical search engine for commercial real estate listings, today announced that it has partnered with Chicago-based Catylist, a provider of marketing-based commercial information exchange technology, to give MyNextDeal access to Catylist’s database of commercial real estate listings.
The company says the listings will enhance its ability to provide detailed property information. Visitors to the MyNextDeal web site will be redirected back to the Catylist platform to view detailed property information, according to the companies.
MyNextDeal recently inked a similar data-sharing deal with the Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service. CEO Fred Simanek says alliances like these are an important part of the company’s growth strategy.
The MyNextDeal search engine includes all commercial property categories, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, land and specialty properties. It says it now counts more than 400,000 commercial property listings.
