Sonos Expands Retail Presence
6/14/07 – Santa Barbara-based Sonos, the developer of wireless multi-room home music systems, today announced that its Sonos Digital Music System is now available at Abt Electronics in Chicago, ten Ken Crane’s here in Southern California and six Vann’s in Montana.
The company says all retail locations will feature demos showcasing the Sonos service, and each will carry the entire Sonos product line, including the recently introduced Sonos Bundle 130.
The Sonos service gives users direct access to millions of songs and thousands of personalized radio stations via the Rhapsody Online Music Service and Pandora. Sonos connects directly to the services over the Internet, giving instant access to songs and stations on the hand held Controller without having to turn on a computer.
