GaimTheory Gets Investment, New CEO
7/10/07 – Los Angeles-based GaimTheory, developer of an online PC gaming platform, has received initial bridge funding from Momentum Venture Management. In addition, Momentum managing director Stu MacFarlane will serve as GaimTheory’s CEO.
GaimTheory’s platform is based on software that it integrates with backend server infrastructure that it says enhances the multiplayer gaming experience. The company also runs a consumer multiplayer online gaming site, called PurePressure.com.
