Interneer Announces New Executive Appointments

7/17/07 – Interneer, the Culver City-based creator of software that allows companies to configure web-based applications with integrated workflow without programming, has announced the hiring of two executives to oversee sales and marketing.

Jack Karabees, previously an executive vice president of sales and operations at Hudson Capital, has been named vice president of sales, and Patricia Spencer, an executive at GroundWork Equity, one of Interneer’s primary investors, has been named vice president of marketing.

Interneer says its flagship Instant Application Platform, or IAP, allows businesses to design, configure and deploy scalable solutions through a point-and-click environment, hosted online or installed on-site.

Interneer was founded in 1998, and last month announced $2 million in funding from GroundWork Equity and the appointment of GroundWork managing partner Michael Edell as CEO.
