LogicalApps Announces Alliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers
7/27/07 – Irvine-based LogicalApps this week announced the formation of a strategic alliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. LogicalApps, which provides embedded governance software for enterprises, says the deal includes joint offerings from the firms that will allow both to provide software and implementation services to clients.
Through the alliance, PricewaterhouseCoopers will provide advisory services to help organizations optimize their approach to governance, risk and compliance. The companies will also jointly provide solutions for the continuous monitoring of financial transactions with preventative and “detective” controls, helping ensure that established business processes and policies are being enforced, alerting management in real-time of deviations from these policies, and helping to improve the efficiency of the financial organization and business operations.
