ModBook Ship Date Pushed Back
7/18/07 – Reports have surfaced that the debut of the ModBook tablet computer, made by El Segundo-based Axiotron, has been delayed. The ModBook is much anticipated because it will be the first Macintosh-based tablet computer.
Originally expected to debut in May, Axiotron says the ModBook is now delayed until the fourth quarter of this year.
Axiotron was founded in 2005 by Andreas Haas and Dr. Kumiko Haas, and is privately held.
