Oversee.net Adds PriceGrabber.com Founder to Board

8/21/07 – Los Angeles-based Oversee.net, an online marketing and domain name solutions company, announced today that Kamran Pourzanjani, founder and former CEO of PriceGrabber.com, has joined its board of directors.

Pourzanjani founded PriceGrabber in 1999, and built it into a leading online shopping comparison site before it was acquired by Experian in 2005.  In fact, he was named Ernst & Young’s 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year in Los Angeles.  Prior to PriceGrabber, he was president and CEO of Syseca, an information technology, software development and system integration provider and a U.S. subsidiary of Thales Group.

Oversee.net was recently ranked as the third fastest growing private business in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and received the 2007 “Internet and New Media Company of the Year” award from the Technology Council of Southern California.

Oversee offers marketing services in vertical markets, including mortgages and travel through its sites Low.com and Lowfares.com.  In the domain management sector, the company owns DomainSponsor, which enables the monetization of Internet domains, and SnapNames, which makes expired and deleting domain names available for purchase.

The company, which was founded in 2000, now counts more than 200 employees working out of its downtown L.A. headquarters and offices in Portland, Oregon, and San Mateo, Calif.
