Revver Announces Appointment of New VP of Advertising Sales
8/22/07 – Los Angeles-based online video web site Revver has announced the appointment of Marc Hernandez as vice president of advertising sales. Hernandez actually started at the company last month, and his duties include management of advertising sales operations and the development of new, customized sponsorship packages to align brands with content.
Under Hernandez’s leadership, Revver says it has recently launched new CPM ad products, which include pre- and post-roll video ads that allow content owners to earn revenue. The company says Hernandez has also secured Proctor and Gamble and ABC as advertisers for the new offering.
Hernandez came to Revver from Tribal Fusion, the online advertising network, where he led its entertainment vertical division.
