9/19/07 – Xirrus, the Westlake Village-based provider of high-performance, long-range wi-fi products, has announced that Connexus, an online marketing firm, has selected the wi-fi provider for its company-wide wi-fi deployment.  Xirrus says the initial deployment at Connexus’ offices in Mountain View, Calif. is complete, with the wi-fi rollout continuing at its El Segundo and New York locations.  The companies say the Xirrus solution is replacing a thin access point and controller set up that provided limited performance and connectivity for Connexus’ mobile workers throughout their office areas and conference rooms.
