CyberDefender Inks Support Deal with Quatrro
Tweet9/19/07 – Los Angeles-based security software developer CyberDefender has partnered with Quatrro, an India-based business process outsourcing solution provider. The companies say the partnership will enable CyberDefender to ensure a high level of support for customers experiencing technical issues with their security software.
CyberDefender says its customers will be able to connect to Quatrro’s technical support services, called Qresolve, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Through the partnership, the company will be offering support for customers’ tech problems, no matter where the customer is and no matter what make of PC or product the consumer has. In addition, Cyberdefender says that it will offer subscription-based complete PC technical support and anti-malware PC protection, in addition to support for CyberDefender’s service.
The company was founded in 2003. Investors include ARC Investment Partners, ITU Ventures, Oceana Partners and Centrecourt Asset Management.
