LeisureLink Hires Finance VP
9/27/07 – LeisureLink, the Pasadena-based online travel marketing firm, has announced the hiring of John Hoang as vice president of finance. The announcement follows the closing of an $8 million round of funding for the company from Clearstone Venture Partners, Group RCI and Mission Ventures.
Hoang comes to LeisureLink from DC New Media, an operator of travel web sites, and a company he founded. Prior to that, Hoang was senior director of accounting at Overture Services, which was eventually acquired by Yahoo.
LeisureLink offers distribution, property marketing and pricing assistance services to property managers of vacation rentals, timeshares, condos and hotels. It also offers services that connect travel agents with vacation lodging and timeshares.
The company was founded in 2002.
