BiggerBoat.com Launches Advertising Network Focused on User Interaction with Online Entertainment

The company says the BiggerBoat Entertainment Advertising Network will reach more than 15 million monthly unique users across a network of entertainment web sites. BiggerBoat will use its proprietary AdMatch targeting platform to automatically place an advertisement next to and within the movies, music, TV shows, video games, and celebrity information that best resonates with the brand’s image, according to the company.
The new ad network is based on BiggerBoat’s proprietary searchable index of entertainment information and users’ entertainment consumption preferences. The company says the rich media result enhances each brand’s positioning with 15 million users as they seek out specific albums, movies, artists, actors and other entertainment across a network of leading web sites.
BiggerBoat was founded in 2003 and has received funding from Zone Ventures, First Round Capital and Draper Associates.
