PeopleJam Touts Expert Advice and Videos on Heath During the Holidays
12/19/07 – PeopleJam, the Los Angeles-based “purposeful living” video and social networking web site, says it is now showcasing videos and expert commentary on health during the holiday season. The company says the content is being offered through its partnership with Stream4 Media, which provides high-quality, personality-driven video for the web and handheld devices.
PeopleJam made is debut at the DEMOfall07 show in September. It is a vertical social media site that includes integrated tools and technology for connecting people with common values and interests. Features include blogging tools, professional life coaches that serve as site moderators, “inspirational” video, and audio.
The company was founded by CEO Matt Edelman and president Robert Tercek, whose combined experience includes stints at Hands-On Mobile, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
