Stickam Implements Google’s OpenSocial

12/14/07 – Los Angeles-based online video streaming web site Stickam has announced that it has begun creating applications utilizing Google’s OpenSocial APIs, allowing OpenSocial-enabled platforms to integrate Stickam’s technology.

Stickam is one of the first live social networking web sites to begin working on OpenSocial applications for release.

The OpenSocial API is a common set of development interfaces for building social applications that allow developers to have a standard language when creating their applications for web sites.

Stickam launched in February of last year, and creates social networks though live, streaming video.
