Exist Global Acquires DevZuz
Tweet1/9/08 – Marina Del Rey-based DevZuz, a developer of delivery platforms that link enterprise businesses to application development projects and processes, has been acquired by Exist Global, a software engineering services firm headquartered in the Philippines.
The companies say that through the acquisition, Exist will pick up key DevZuz employees, as well as the company’s technology and products. This includes DevZuz’s flagship advanced software sourcing technology, codeATLAS, and its build automation and standardization platform, Maestro, according to the companies.
DevZuz completed a series A financing round of $9.25 million from investors Mission Ventures and Redpoint Ventures earlier this year.
