Inphi Appoints CFO
Tweet1/15/08 – Westlake Village-based Inphi, which designs and develops integrated circuits for processing high-speed digital data in computing and communications systems, today announced that John S. Edmunds has been appointed as its CFO. The company says that Edmunds will assume responsibility for its global financial strategy, planning and reporting, and will report directly to Young Sohn, Inphi’s president and CEO.
Edmunds, who most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at Trident Micro Systems, brings more than 20 years of financial and operations management experience to Inphi. Prior to Trident, he served as vice president of finance for Zoran Corporation. He also worked at accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand.
Founded in 2000, Inphi is backed by investors that include Tallwood Venture Capital, Mayfield Fund and Walden International.
