San Jose, CA: On New Years Day 2016, HireTeamMate, a virtual job recruiter, will release their new platform that has your profile in their data hub. Applicants type in their name and are shown jobs that match their experience and the customized profile company posters are looking for.

Of the company’s new design, Steven Jiang, HireTeamMate’s CEO, says “It’s like your proactive, private career agent. We already know you and the market. You get to choose the company and position.” Jiang’s goal is to simplify the job search and recruitment process with data analytics, personalization, and AI.

Other changes in the new release include a Startup Hub, which supports the startup community with a product discovery blog and reviews of each startup’s teams. As a startup themselves, HireTeamMate understands the value of affordable and accessible hiring.

In the 6 months since the product first launched, 72,000 applicants have joined and have had on-site interviews at a rate of about 1 a day. The new vision is to increase the relevance of the jobs applicants apply for to ensure a quick, successful hire. Currently, the job site has had almost 13,000 resumes reviewed by hiring companies and their teams. 86% of applicants who get on-site interviews are then hired by the company.
