The clothes transmit data to the smartphone app, and the app creates a 3D image of you moving in real-time. Then the app provides incredibly detailed and high-quality feedback on your movement, just like a coach or trainer would. It measures the quality of your form, intensity of your workout, and other advanced exercise metrics. The shirt also has a built-in heart rate monitor as well for running and other cardio applications.
