Recruitee was co-founded by Perry Oostdam. After launching a number of startups, Oostdam experienced first-hand the complexities of scanning resumes, reviewing applicants and conducting interviews. He wanted to create a tool to make the process simpler. Today, as businesses across the globe decentralize traditional HR departments, tools like Recruitee mean hiring managers have improved control, and benefit from greater efficiencies.
