Bindo launches integrated API retail solution for developers

New York – May 27, 2015 – Bindo, a leading retail technology company with an iPad Point-of-Sale (POS) system for merchants, today announced the release of a powerful integrated API solution. The new technology will allow developers to take full advantage of Bindo’s systems and expand upon them, adding on the tools retailers need to take their businesses to the next level.

Using the Bindo API, developers will be able to build custom applications such as external loyalty programs, third-party eCommerce plug-ins, sales dashboards and integrated back-end ERP systems. Bindo API taps into the power of Bindo’s cloud server and offers developers access to the same framework as the POS screen and the innovative Dashboard system.

“The Bindo API opens up a world of possibilities to third-party system developers and merchants looking for a POS system capable of greater integrations,” said Brad Lauster, Co-founder of Bindo.

Through the integration of the Bindo API, the company’s already dynamic POS platform will further seek to cater to the needs of retail store developers or IT managers looking to build custom add-ons to their platforms. Users will be able to easily accomplish tasks while still maintaining a functional out-of-the-box Bindo POS system that is attractive to both small and enterprise retailers alike. With features ranging from inventory management, search functions, store locators and order tracking, the Bindo API opens up the entire world of Bindo POS to the needs and creative vision of retailers who have their own ideas on how to manage and customize their own retail solutions.
