Unlike Facebook’s Year in Review tool that focuses solely on the most recent year, My Year allows users to choose 2015 or any other year to create their distinctive keepsake – from 2003-2015 on Facebook or 2010-2015 on Instagram. The My Year app immediately collates all photos and photo captions from the year. Consumers can customize by removing photos or adding photos in which they’ve been tagged. Photo books are printed on silky, high-quality thick paper, and can include up to 1,000 photos on 500 pages. My Year taps into the natural nostalgia and desire to preserve memories and experiences, helping users create a precious keepsake that immortalizes their experiences over the course of one or several years.

PastBook also announced today it has secured an additional $380K in seed funding from various angel investors and Vortex Capital Partners, bringing the company’s total funding to date to $870K. PastBook is currently in the process of raising its Series A funding.
