EventForte new app makes event planning great again

With the deluge of event apps available on the market, it is easy to confuse abundance with choice. Despite advances in technology, event planning still remains one of the most anxiety-ridden and stressful careers. That may change today, as EventForte, Inc., a Los Angeles-based technology firm, announced the deployment of its app for event planning.

The EventForte app is poised to greatly simplify the process of event planning with an all-in-one approach, by integrating key planning activities, such as creating event layouts, seating charts, schedules and agendas, guest lists, check in, sharing, and other activities relevant to the planning process.

EventForte’s app is novel as it is the first company to bring an end-to-end event planning solution to the general public through affordable cloud technology. Traditional end-to-end solutions are typically built on expensive desktop platforms, and are often not accessible to most event planners.

“The feedback from the community has been great,” says Ankit Gupta, President of EventForte, Inc. “Event planners have been telling us for some time that there are too many stresses in their jobs. Our app provides the tools to allow event planners to get back to why many took up this profession: To focus on people and provide a genuine and unique experience for their clientele.”

The app is now available for download from the Google Play Store and is also accessible from any web browser. The app will be available in the Apple Store and the Windows Store in the coming month.
