Today, more than ever before, our world is in a state of technological acceleration. Leaders need all the expert insight they can afford in order to make decisions and enact strategies capable of serving the individuals who depend upon them for guidance.
Horasis, an independent, international think tank founded in 2005 by Frank-Jürgen Richter, understands the demand for such insight as it aims to provide the leaders of emerging economies access to ideas built to fuel sustainable innovation.
With that said, Horasis’ recent announcement that Sajid Mohamedy, Executive Vice President at Nisum, will be joining the organization’s Advisory Board should come as no surprise given Mr. Mohamedy’s expertise in supporting technology solutions for tech organizations.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Mohamedy has pushed the envelope in the field of technology innovation. Leaders keen to extrapolate their knowledge of topics such as creating and scaling businesses, in addition to venture capital and market analysis, will find his takes pertinent.
Founded in 2000 with headquarters in Silicon Valley, Nisum employs close to 2,000 professionals across North America, Latin America, and Asia. The company is an advisor to leading Fortune 500 brands, and helps companies achieve measurable business growth by building and providing support in advanced technology.
Before serving in his current role with Nisum, Mohamedy served as the Chief Strategy Officer at NoiseGrasp, and he was earlier a consultant at Ernst & Young. He launched a startup (Kolibri) in the solar industry, and received his MBA from UCLA Anderson.
“I am excited to have Sajid on board as a technology advisor to share his insights on technology and operations,” said Frank-Jürgen Richter, Chairman of Horasis.
“His expertise in creating and scaling businesses will allow us to gain a deeper understanding of organizations’ strengths and needs across the world. We are thrilled to see the impact his knowledge will have on our global community,” he added.
Said Sajid Mohamedy, “Horasis is using its unrivaled history of partnership with corporations and governments to create a powerful platform for cooperation between emerging and developed markets. I am honored to join the organization’s Advisory Board and look forward to, alongside Nisum, furthering Horasis’ vision of a more sustainable future.”
