Feedbackly acquires Gizlo’s customer base, strengthens position in Scandinavia and internationally

Finnish startup Feedbackly, a company dedicated to improving customer experiences and helping businesses to increase their sales through intelligent up sell, has acquired the client base of rival company Gizlo.

Jaakko Männistö, Feedbackly’s CEO, said, “The acquisition of Gizlo’s customer base helps us strengthen our position in Finland as we scale internationally at the same time. We had a very similar vision regarding customer experiences with Gizlo so it was a natural for us to work with them when we got the change.”

The new strengthening from this acquisition will help Feedbackly to grow at home and abroad. The company has acquired its first customers around Europe, Australia and Mexico. Now Feedbackly hopes to dominate in countries closer to home, including Sweden and Denmark.

Feedbackly is a toolkit that works with Software as a Service (SaaS) principles and brings several benefits to the companies using it. Users can gather in-depth information on what their customers think about them at every step of the customer journey, create satisfied customers and boost up sales with a range of tools.

Gizlo co-founder Eemeli Ahonen added,“For us it was a very simple decision to go forward with Feedbackly as they share our values about customer insights and they have strong passion to become the category leader in multichannel customer experience analytics.”

Männistö continued, “We really can offer companies a modern way to improve their customer experience with our all-in-one package and help them quite literally save thousands of euros a year, compared to the old way of gathering and getting the best out of customer feedback.

“Most companies don’t understand yet that customer experience is actually all about pushing sales. We offer [an] instant return on investment from customer experience activities and we are the only one that can.”
