Fitbay raises $2M to help online clothing shoppers find a better fit

Copenhagen-based fashion discovery platform Fitbay has completed $2 million Seed funding round. Investors include Steadfast Venture Capital and Creandum. The startup offers a service that recommends clothing that is most likely to fit a specific shopper well, and then enables customers that have similar body types to share fashion discoveries with each other. It utilizes a brief body type quiz to determine its initial recommendations, and then adjusts future recommendations based on what users share through the service.

It was founded last year by former Creandum Entrepreneur-in-Residence Christian Wylonis. It previously raised $400,000 in Seed funding back in January.
