Israel-based Beyond Verbal has raised $2.8 million in Seed funding for its Cloud-based technology that takes voice recognition step further by purportedly detecting emotion in the speaker’s voice. MadeiraCloud, which provides Amazon Web Services users with graphical interface for architecture and performance, has landed $1.5 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital.
