Oslo, Norway-based security software startup Encap has raised $2 million in second round of Seed funding. The new capital comes from early stage VC ProVenture Seed. The company has developed an alternative to two-factor authentication that it claims is more secure and works across devices and platforms. Encap was founded in 2007 and raised $840,000 in its first Seed funding round back in early-2010.
