Wantr, which alerts consumers when new products are added to their favorite ecommerce sites, has closed $600K Seed funding round. According to VentureBeat, the round was led by Denmark-based venture fund SEED Capital, the founders of Trendsales, and Angel investors. Wantr was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

According to an SEC Form D filing, the founder of Wild Needle, who sold the company to Zynga last year, has jumped back into the startup fray by raising $1 million in Seed funding for a new company called AirXP. Jolie O’Dell at VentureBeat got the scoop, and ventured guess into what the startup might be all about.
