Ramen enables SaaS Product Teams to learn about their customers, ask those customers questions, and discuss features and ideas with them. We take the tools that every product team needs and put them into one app. By doing this the product team is no longer leaving their customer data all over multiple apps, empowering them to have better visibility into what their customers actually need and take action on it.
Increase feature usage, improve usability, reduce churn and achieve better product-market fit through Ramen’s in-app customer engagement tools.
