FOUNDERS
Thomas Grosser worked as an Oracle database developer at a small company after graduating in computer science in Braunschweig. Next as a consultant and project manager at Oracle Deutschland GmbH he was responsible for large IT projects for non-profit organizations. After changing to Volkswagen Bank GmbH he managed as a team leader the implementation of a content management system for all brands of the automobile bank. He is a managing director and responsible for development, marketing and sales.
Thomas Paliga graduated in supply engineering at Fachhochschule Braunschweig Wolfenbüttel. He led large projects in the field of production planning for plant construction as a project manager at Volkswagen AG. He has an extensive knowledge in corporate planning for sales and production departments. Furthermore he provides quality management, process planning and IT integration of enterprise level software solutions. He is a managing director and responsible for human resources and sales.
Tino Friedrich graduated in business engineering with the special subject area mechanical engineering/factory planning at Fachhochschule Anhalt. He utilizes his extensive knowledge of corporate planning, process planning and IT integration of enterprise level software solutions in various projects. Tino Friedrich is a managing director and responsible for finance and controlling.
