Mobile and web-based child care management software and app.
SmartCare encompasses all aspects of child care management—check in/check out, scheduling, billing, payments, meals, immunizations, and keeping parents connected throughout the day.
Our services are free to child care centers. We send out our own in-person setup team and provide a kiosk for parents, a few iPad minis, a full-sized iPad Air, and other installed hardware. For free.
Child care centers are plagued with antiquated software from the 1980s. Parents, teachers, staff and owners all can use SmartCare to bring real-time technology to child care management software. There is so much more needed than PC-based attendance tracker software, or complicated child care accounting software. Child care payments are about to become mobile and less paper-based.
