Liongard Integrates with ConnectWise Manage for Managed Service Providers

Liongard is proud to announce an integration with ConnectWise, software company that connects technology teams to the solutions, services, and people that allow them to thrive. Roar, Liongard’s integration with ConnectWise Manage, features full-loop ticket integration and syncing, ticket status mapping, service board integration and billing support. Roar brings unified IT management and automation to Managed Service Providers (MSPs), providing insight and operational efficiencies at scale, across all clients.

Partners using Roar will increase visibility on managed infrastructure, save time with automated system documentation and accelerate the diagnosis of issues by detecting critical changes. Additionally, the systems inspected by Roar will automatically be assessed for security and best practice configurations.

Liongard CEO Joe Alapat said he’s excited to enrich the ConnectWise ecosystem by integrating Roar with ConnectWise Manage because the pair together is a game changer for MSPs seeking to unify their managed service offering across cloud, network and on-premise systems.

“In the MSP we operated and sold we personally struggled with the need to have complete visibility and up-to-date documentation on our clients’ users, privileged accounts, applications, systems and configurations,” Alapat said. “As the adoption of modern IT continues, we see the need for a solution that has the breadth of coverage and advanced automation to address today’s changing IT landscape.”

The integration was built through the ConnectWise Invent program. Liongard is now a Certified Integrator, ensuring MSP partners receive the best experience with ConnectWise and Liongard.

“Liongard is a great addition to ConnectWise Invent,” said Travis Vigneau, director of channel sales and alliances for ConnectWise. “The functionality and efficiencies of Roar will have an immediate impact on the success of our partners and the ecosystem as a whole.”

“The ConnectWise Invent program has offered us a unique opportunity to accelerate a meaningful integration with ConnectWise Manage,” Vincent Tran, chief operating officer of Liongard said. “Building a tighter integration gives MSP Partners capabilities to manage their clients and utilize the power of Roar to create operational efficiency at scale.”
