Startup LittleThings.com now #5 mobile & #21 ranked site in the U.S.

NEW YORK–LittleThings.com, a Manhattan-based startup that creates and curates feel-good, uplifting, and inspirational content, has announced that it is now the fifth-largest mobile and the 21st-largest trafficked website in the United States, according to Quantcast. LittleThings attracts 32.7 million mobile and 40 million U.S. visitors on a monthly basis. On a global scale, from March 17 to April 15, 2015 alone, LittleThings garnered a total of 72.3 million uniques and 194 million page views from a predominantly female audience, with 80 percent coming from mobile web.

“Indicative of our continual audience growth, feel-good content has resonated deeply with people from around the U.S. and internationally,” said Joe Speiser, co-founder of LittleThings.com. “Our approach to producing only encouraging, uplifting, and entertaining media has catapulted the business to new heights.”

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York City, LittleThings employs a growing team of 30+ producers, writers, designers, and management staff who keenly focus on uplifting, positive, and interesting content, which are original and curated from around the web. Since people are routinely bombarded with negative news, LittleThings offers an online respite that aims to make readers smile.

LittleThings began as an experimental blog that shared positive pet content on PetFlow.com, the largest social pet e-commerce company in North America. Due to its tremendous popularity and growing web impact, the publishing operation launched as a standalone media startup in September 2014. Since then, LittleThings propelled to be the 21st-largest website in the U.S., with almost five million social fans. By staying true to its original audience, LittleThings continues to publish content that appeals to women aged 40+, who comprise the majority of its 72 million global monthly unique visitors.

Quantcast Top Sites list ranks websites based on the number of people in the U.S. who visit each site within a month. It includes sites with estimated traffic as well as sites with traffic that Quantcast has independently verified. Quantcast directly measures site traffic through the implementation of the Quantcast asynchronous tag on each web site. Quantcast Top Mobile Sites list ranks Quantified websites based on the number of people in the U.S. who visit each site within a month on a mobile web browser. Mobile web traffic is measured from web browsers on mobile devices, but not mobile applications. The Mobile Web ranking only includes sites that participate in the Quantcast Measurement program and have their traffic directly measured via a Quantcast tag.
