intive today announces that Marcin Kłoda will now occupy the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), US, after spending almost two years running the company’s High Tech division. Marcin will go from maintaining mainly a business focus as Vice President (VP) of High Tech, to becoming intive’s primary technical reference in the United States.
intive is a global digital services company headquartered in Munich, Germany. With a challenging, exploratory and agile mindset and international teams of software, design and business experts, intive partners with market leaders in accelerating digital transformation for products and services of tomorrow. The company’s operations include 14 development centers and eight design studios in Germany, Poland, the UK, the US, and Argentina, as well as regional offices in France, Spain, and Sweden.
In his previous position as VP of High Tech, Marcin was responsible for implementing the company’s High Tech vertical strategy and ensuring growth, building and managing the sales team from scratch. Marcin grew the company’s High Tech business by 30% and added global customers to its portfolio, including Facebook, Google, and Infineon.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marcin will pivot from his previous role to focusing on leading intive’s technical direction in the United States. He is set to advise key customers on technical decisions and is bringing intive’s technological know-how and leadership to the local market. As CTO, US, Marcin will have his finger on the pulse of the latest technologies and will be ready to apply these to the company’s technical strategy where needed.
“I’m very excited to become intive’s CTO and shape the company’s technical journey through such interesting times,” said Marcin. “Artificial Intelligence is developing exponentially, every modern car has a digital representation in the cloud, and devices are increasingly autonomous. This is clearly just the beginning as hardware allows us to implement more advanced algorithms and solve complex problems. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to be a thought leader in this space and present the exciting initiatives and innovative projects being done by intive.”
The US is intive’s second largest market, making up 25% of its revenues. Over the next three years, the company’s ambition is to double its revenues, sustainably and profitably, so it can continue on its journey to becoming a digital powerhouse that provides both engineering and design expertise.
“In order to continue to innovate and grow, we need to engage our peers in the US market in a way we haven’t done before,” said Ludovic Gaudé, CEO of intive. “That’s why we established the CTO office. With Marcin as CTO, US, we will be able to create new meaningful business relationships and pave the way for our technology partners to reach success.”
