COMPANY: Concord

ELEVATOR PITCH

Free and unlimited e-signature, collaboration, and contract management.

PRODUCT/SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Concord is a free cloud-based contract lifecycle management solution that’s changing the way the world is creating, negotiating, signing and managing contracts. We provide unlimited e-signatures and unlimited contract storage for an unlimited number of users in all types of businesses and industries—from freelancers to multinational corporations.

Concord is simple to use and includes online collaboration, deadline alerts, track changes, and more. Our users are finding that signatures are obtained five times faster, contract approvals and negotiations are sped up by 70 percent, and compliance requirements are improved by 90 percent. We’re on a mission to make sure no one has to manually manage contracts ever again.

DIFFERENTIATORS VS. THE COMPETITION

Concord is the world’s first free and unlimited solution to change the way contracts are created, negotiated, signed and managed online. The cloud-based contract lifecycle management solution is as easy to use as Google Docs and offers unlimited e-signatures and unlimited storage for an unlimited number of users in all types of businesses and industries.

Concord combines all the features that, until now, have been either manually managed or available via disparate tools and expensive, complex legacy systems. Compared to e-signature providers, such as DocuSign and EchoSign, or other contract management platforms, Concord’s users find it easier than ever to collaborate online, track changes, receive legally binding e-signatures, automate templates, and set deadline alerts through a safe-and-secure cloud-based environment.

FOUNDER’S STORY

Matt holds four different master’s degrees in business, political sciences, international affairs, and Japanese from Europe’s most prestigious schools—Sciences Po, HEC Paris, and INALCO.

Florian Parain is the co-founder and CTO of Concord. Florian is an engineer and an information systems expert. Like Matt, Concord is Florian’s second company; Florian co-founded a leading French children’s literature website at the age of 16.
