HR incentives platform YouEarnedIt earns investor cred with a $1.5M Seed round

Austin, Texas-based employee incentives startup YouEarnedIt has announced the completion of a $1.5 million Seed funding round. Investors include advertising giant WPP and startup incubator and accelerator Capital Factory. The company offers a social media platform for enterprises built to help facilitate real-time, employee-to-employee recognition with custom rewards (digital gift cards, products, days off, etc.), meant to be a change from traditional top-down employee recognition. It was founded in 2012 by Kenny Tomlin, who also founded Rockfish Interactive and CouponFactory.
