Hugh Bleemer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Hugh Bleemer brings more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience in financial services. He has a track record of increasing business profitability through innovating and expanding marketing channels, mitigating risk, and increasing operating performance and efficiency with a focus on the customer.
Mr. Bleemer is the Chief Executive Officer of PrimaHealth Credit, and he is responsible for charting the company’s strategic direction and building the channels to establish the company as a leader in the elective healthcare financing arena.Mr. Bleemer has held a variety of management positions with JPMorgan Chase over the past 20 years. Mr. Bleemer was the President of ChaseHealthAdvance, the elective healthcare financing division of Chase. During his tenure Mr. Bleemer profitably grew the business 20% year-over-year and increased the annual financing volume from $100 million to $1 billion from 2007 to 2013, a 47% compound annual growth rate. During this same time period he grew the number of practices enrolled from a few hundred to over 20,000 and served over 225,000 customers. ChaseHealthAdvance was organized as its own business unit within Chase, so all facets of the company including sales and marketing, risk, finance, operations and collections reported to Mr. Bleemer.
Earlier in his career at Chase Mr. Bleemer was the Managing Director for Co-brands at Chase Card Services. In this capacity, he was responsible for establishing and building ongoing relationships with some of the world’s leading brands including Amazon.com, Microsoft, Southwest Airlines, Marriott hotels and Starbucks. Mr. Bleemer has also led the credit card marketing new customer acquisition teams and the existing customer marketing teams. Prior to joining Chase, Mr. Bleemer spent five years at Citibank in New York.

Brendon Kensel, Founder and President
Brendon Kensel is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with a deep background in building and advising high-growth companies with a particular focus on fintech, ad tech, and sports tech.
Mr. Kensel is the founder and President of PrimaHealth Credit, and he is responsible for overseeing product and platform innovation, scaling the operations, and leading day-to-day management. Mr. Kensel’s previous experience building a medical services organization that managed orthodontic offices in Southern California developed his point-of-view on elective care finance and highlighted the opportunity to disrupt the space with innovative technology and financial products.
Previously Mr. Kensel was the President of MediaShift, a next-generation ad tech company that monetizes WiFi networks. He led the company into commercialization and generated first year revenue of $7.6 million through both organic and acquisitive growth and was responsible for advertising revenue, strategic partnerships, channel development, M&A, and the development of all mobile and PC-based ad products.
Earlier in his career Mr. Kensel was EVP and division President at eSynergies, a diversified digital marketing services company. Previously, Mr. Kensel was the founder and CEO of Salesmation, a leading rich media online advertising company that was acquired by eSynergies. Prior experience also includes marketing and management posts at El Pollo Loco, a national quick-service restaurant chain; Alcone Marketing Group, an Omnicom Group agency; and the Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Club, the AAA affiliate of the Seattle Mariners.
Mr. Kensel serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Project Access, a non-profit organization that assists low-income families by providing educational, health, and social services.
Mr. Kensel received a B.S. from Central Washington University and a M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. He studied global enterprise management at Kellogg College, University of Oxford.
