MyNextRun lands $500K in new funding for its event discovery platform for running enthusiasts

Helsinki, Finland-based MyNextRun has raised €500,000 in new Seed funding. Investors include AJP Holding, Andy Phillipps, Moaffak Ahmed and Juha Lindfors. The company’s platform helps runners find and enter running events. It says that it currently lists more than 15,000 events in 35 countries.

MyNextRun was founded in 2010 by Sami Granfors, Emma Huovinen, and Tatu Mäkiläa, and previously raised just over $400,000 in initial Seed funding.
