Shopendation is a community that gives you personalized shopping recommendations. Post a photo of what you are looking for and get personalized recommendations.

Shopendation’s focus is on what a user wants. Say you just bought a snazzy shirt and you need help with finding the rest of the outfit. You post a picture of your request and what you’re looking for:

If you want to see what different combinations look like, you head over to the ‘Play’ area, where you can drag-and-drop the request with the recommendations:

And we don’t deal with just clothes. Say you have a room in your house that needs some major redecorating. Upload a picture of the room or area and get recommendations for whatever you’re looking for—furniture, rug, etc. Or, on a smaller scale, you just bought some killer bed sheets and want a cool picture to match it.

For creating quality content and participating, users are rewarded points, and in some cases, reward others. As your points grow, so does your Shopendation reputation.

Shopendation sets itself apart from its competitors by focusing specifically on what users want.

You know the saying: “You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can’t pick your friend’s nose.” Your best friend might love pink and fluffy butterfly hairclips while you feel comfortable in all black.
