The lightweight, easy-to-wear bio-feedback device reveals individual stress triggers, warns of excessive stress levels and provides immediate solutions tailored specifically to the wearer’s needs.
The 45-day Kickstarter campaign seeks to raise $25,000 and in return provide consumers an early opportunity to experience this convergence of technology and time-honored wellness wisdom. During the campaign, the WellBe will be promotionally priced between $99 and $119. After the campaign, the regular price of $149 will take effect.
The sleek, smart bracelet is made of natural, durable, environmentally friendly and soft-on-the skin cork, and is available in a choice of brown, black or natural. Each also includes two straps: one with the signature “flow” logo, and one plain.
The WellBe bracelet tracks the heart rate for 3 minutes every hour. The WellBe app includes a proprietary, patent pending algorithm, which analyzes heart rate variability to determine the wearer’s stress level based on time, location and people present. The app asks permission to access the wearer’s location and calendar so it can analyze and display results. The WellBe app can also be set to notify when stress exceeds a certain level, and automatically offer a selection of balancing exercises for immediate stress reduction.
Stress has been scientifically proven to have a negative impact on human life, producing numerous problems and conditions such as headaches, fatigue, sleeping disorders, digestive problems, high blood pressure, heart diseases, aging and obesity.
