The startup is an Android-based mobile games and apps distribution and monetization platform that competes with Google Play. Flexion allows developers to ‘wrap’ their apps, enabling turn-key in-app billing, DRM and upselling. The company says its current list of customers includes Hutchison 3G, Telefonica, Orange Group, Nokia, Sony Mobile, ZTE and Samsung.

It was founded in 2009 by CEO Jens Lauritzson and COO Per Lauritzson.
